Who we are

Faithful Living offers bodywork and wellbeing sessions in Southfields, London.

What we collect

• Email, phone and WhatsApp enquiries: the contact details and messages you send us.
• Bookings made through Treatwell: these are handled by Treatwell under its own privacy policy. See Treatwell’s privacy policy.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to manage your appointments. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering the people who contact us) and, where you are asking to book, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

• Our website host and email provider, who process information on our behalf.
• Treatwell, if you book through Treatwell.
• Google, only if you accept the Google Map in the cookie banner. Nothing is sent to Google before you accept, and your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, unless they lead to a booking.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email info@faithful-living.com. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
